Questions About Working With XEYNTRA
A few important details about our sourcing and trade facilitation approach.
What is XEYNTRA?
XEYNTRA is a global B2B trade marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers, with managed sourcing, trade coordination and on-ground assistance available for suitable assignments.
Does XEYNTRA buy and sell products directly?
XEYNTRA combines marketplace discovery with managed sourcing and trade facilitation. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, buyers and sellers negotiate and contract directly with each other.
Can XEYNTRA find international buyers for Indian manufacturers?
Manufacturers and exporters can present their products and explore marketplace opportunities. Additional buyer sourcing may be available under an agreed scope. Specific buyer availability and transaction outcomes are not guaranteed.
Can buyers request multiple supplier options?
Buyers can explore available supplier profiles and product listings or submit a sourcing brief. Additional supplier research and multiple-supplier visits may be coordinated where available and agreed. Options vary by category and current network participation.
Can XEYNTRA arrange supplier meetings or factory visits?
Supplier meetings and visits may be coordinated when suitable parties are available and the arrangement has been agreed in advance. Travel, accommodation, inspection, translation and other on-ground support should be confirmed separately, including applicable fees and responsibilities.
How does the commission model work?
Depending on the assignment, XEYNTRA may agree to a commission based on a defined transaction value or another documented basis, or charge a sourcing fee. The parties should agree in writing on the calculation, eligible transactions, payment trigger, duration, expenses and treatment of repeat orders before work begins.
Will XEYNTRA guarantee a buyer, supplier or completed deal?
No. Sourcing and introductions depend on market conditions, buyer interest, supplier suitability, pricing, due diligence and other commercial factors. XEYNTRA does not guarantee a match, order, payment or completed transaction.
Who handles shipping, customs and payment?
Unless specifically agreed in writing, the buyer and seller are responsible for their sales contract, payment arrangements, shipping, insurance, customs clearance, applicable taxes and required trade documentation. Specialist services can be discussed separately where available.
